We’ll begin in the Marigny Rectangle at 708 Mandeville, an 1830s brick Creole home with stories in every timber. From there, Cool Murphy realtor and historian Craig Ernst will lead a guided walk through the Marigny Triangle—architecture, lore, and the people who shaped this neighborhood long before it was on anyone’s map.
