About the event
You're Invited: A Most Marvelous Mystery at Roxy on the Park
Part Clue, part Sleep No More, and deliciously macabre.
To celebrate our most extraordinary listing yet—and say thank you to the friends, clients, and neighbors who make Cool Murphy Real Estate what it is—we're throwing our biggest, most delightfully peculiar party of the year.
The setting? Roxy on the Park, a magnificent 1905 New Orleans home with 120 years of secrets and more than a few surprises.
Expect a 1957 Cadillac, Professor Plum boasting about life on the park in 1905 from the Palmetto Suite, Mrs. Avocado holding court in the mid-century kitchen, clues to collect, a mystery to unravel, and a genuine speakeasy. Yes, a real one.
