Ashley George didn’t just pivot into real estate—she brought the whole production crew with her. After 13 years in radio, working her way up from behind the mic to Digital Program Director in a top 50 market, she made the leap into real estate with a full creative toolkit in hand.

Her first step into the industry was behind the camera—building a real estate media company that helped agents market their listings through professional photos, video, drone, and branding. But it didn’t take long for Ashley to realize she wanted more than a behind-the-scenes role. She wanted to help people directly—by pairing creative strategy with real estate expertise to help sellers stand out and move forward.

Today, Ashley is a Realtor®, Listing Specialist, and Creative Strategist. She’s known for getting homes noticed and sold, using everything from cinematic video to smart pricing strategy and sharp negotiation tactics. Her approach to listings combines creative production with operational excellence—and her results reflect that.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ashley grew up on her grandparents’ horse training facility—literally raised in a barn. Her background in horsemanship taught her the same values she brings to her clients today: discipline, communication, and calm under pressure.
